Maintenance updates:

1. Fixed the problem of exempting PVP from abnormal BUFF effects when wearing avatars.

2. Extended repair option Refresh function

All abnormal status effects will be reduced by a percentage.

For example: stun for 10 seconds, 80%Refresh, then only stun for 2 seconds

Optional features:

The release time of abnormal conditions such as dizziness, freezing, reduced defense, reduced attack, poison, etc.
